Move in with peace of mind that your new place is extra, extra clean.

Sometimes the cleanliness of the new place isn’t up to your standards, with strange odors and dirt left behind. We take care of it so you don’t have to!

General:

1. Wash all windows inside and out in all rooms. Clean out window tracks.
2. Wash window sills and curtain rods.
3. Polish door knobs.
4. Wash inside and outside doors.
5. Clean out fireplace if applicable.
6. All marks washed off the walls.  All nails removed.
7. Wash all vinyl and tile floors.
8. All carpeting is vacuumed and edge-vacuumed. 
9. All trash removed from the premises.
10. Clean all blinds.
11. Clean all light fixtures.
12. Haul away all garbage.
13. Floors steam cleaned (hard surface floors only).
14. Floors steam cleaned (hard surface floors only).
15. Hand wipe baseboards and millwork.

Cabinets and Drawers:

1. Wash cupboards inside and out. Remove any shelf paper.
2. Wipe out drawers with damp microfiber cloth.
3. Clean sink and counter tops

Kitchen:

1. Clean inside and out of dishwasher and range hood.
2. Scrub and polish kitchen floor, including under the movable appliances.
3. Clean all kitchen surfaces
4. Clean granite, marble and tile counter-tops with approved cleaners
5. Wash inside of refrigerator
6. Polish stainless steel appliances
7. All windows are cleaned from inside.
8. All windows are cleaned from inside.
9. All trash removed from the premises.
10. Clean inside of oven, top of stove, under elements, pan drawer, exhaust fan, hood.
11. Clean all light fixtures.
12. Remove lower drawer and clean under stove.
13. Wash and dry outside of stove.

Bathroom(s):

1. Wash scrub down tile.
2. Clean bathtub, tile around the tub, sink, door and fixtures.
3. Clean inside and outside of toilet.
4. Clean the inside of medicine cabinet
5. Wash mirror.
6. Scrub floor.
7. Shower doors in detail cleaned.
8. Faucet, Sinks and drains tooth-brushed.
9. Laundry room and appliances clean inside out

TIP: Save all expense receipts pertaining to the move out cleaning and turn in to landlord.
